PRICES
Prices are worked out on an per hour basis. As a guide rates are FROM £35 per hour. This price includes the limousine for up to 4 passengers, and myself your driver tour guide. This price also includes arranging the itinerary for your tour, all of the help, advice, and dialogue that we may have had during the planning. Also printed itinerary sheets with images, descriptions and names of villages, attractions and dates etc. of your tour, for you to keep as a memento.
NB I will sometimes do half days, however a minimum of 5 hours is recommended for a tour
NB My prices do not include the entry price for any attractions that we may visit, or the cost of any sustenance that you may take.
A quotation for your tour will always be given to you.
I have an open and honest policy....There are no hidden extras!
Transfers
If you require a transfer before or after your tour day or days too, or from your London Hotel, (or any other location), Airport, Seaport or any other Termini... a set price will be used for this. Please ask Tim for a quotation.
(Please note) Your tour time includes my journey time to and from your accommodation. (unless within the immediate area)
NB, I work on a first come first served basis, I get busy during the season. If you are interested in booking please book early. If I am booked I will try and find an asociate as a replacement.
Payment There will be No surcharge for the following...SterlingTravellers Cheques, Cash, Debit Mastercard and Debit Visa .
NB Sorry but as from 15th June 2009 Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards are also accepted but will carry a 2% surcharge for Chip and Pin and 2.5% surcharge for swipe and Sign.
Your card details will be taken at the time of booking purely for verification only (nothing taken until after your tour)
Cancellation Policy. Late Cancellation is at my discretion, If I am unable to rearrange another tour on that date, 60% of the quote may be charged. If a "no show" all of the price quoted will be charged.
Out of Season (From Monday 23rd November 2009 to the end of Febuary 2010). The Cotswolds are beautiful all the year around. I can usually offer you Special Terms There is plenty to see and do in The Cotswolds at this time of year...............Please Contact Tim for suggestions and a quotation.
