PRICES
As a guide rates are From £36 per hour. (E.g.(for 2 pax) A full day of 9+ hours = From £335-00 This price includes the limousine for up to 4 passengers, and myself your driver tour guide. This price also includes arranging the itinerary for your tour, all of the help, advice, and dialogue that we may have had during the planning. Also printed itinerary sheets of your tour, with images, descriptions and names of villages, attractions and dates etc. for you to keep as a memento.
NB I will sometimes do half days, however a minimum of 5 hours is recommended for a tour...In season for a 5 hour tour I charge from £225-00
NB My prices do not include the entry price for any attractions that we may visit, or the cost of any sustenance that you may take.
A quotation for your tour will always be given to you.
I have an open and honest policy....There are no hidden extras!
Transfers If you require a transfer before or after your tour day or days... to,or from your London Hotel, (or any other location), Airport, Seaport or any other termini... a set price will be used for this. Please ask Tim for a quotation.
NB, Your tour time includes my journey time to and from your accommodation. (unless within the immediate area)
NB, I work on a first come first served basis, I get busy during the season. If you are interested in booking please book early. If I am booked I will try and find an associate as a replacement for you to do your tour.
To secure and confirm your booking Please send me your credit or debit card details. Most people send them either split up in 2 or 3 emails,or by fax or telephone. I take no money from your cards until after your stay, I merely verify their validity... Please note any form of payment can still be used on settlement if preffered.
Payment
There will be No surcharge for the following...Sterling Travellers Cheques, Cash, or UK Debit Mastercard and UK Debit Visa. UK Visa & Mastrecard Credit cards that are signed for with Chip & Pin will carry a 2% surcharge.
Foreign Cards
Owing to ever increasing Card charges, especially with cards from the USA... All bookings taken from 1st July 2010 for Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards & Debit Cards from Foreign Countries will carry a 2.00% surcharge if they are Chip and Pin signed, if they are "swipe" and signature signed a 2.6% surcharge will apply. Your card details will be taken at the time of booking purely for verification only (nothing taken until after your tour and you can then pay by any means that you prefer)
Cancellation Policy. Late Cancellation (if you need to cancel within 6 Weeks of starting your tour) is at my discretion,up to 60% of the quote will be charged. If a "no show" all of the price quoted will be charged + any additional incurred expenses. If I am able to rearrange another tour / tours on your date / dates then a refund relating to the percentage taken will be given.
