Hello Tim:
Since we arrived home on the 20th.. time has just flown by.......getting over jet lag, trying to get organized, working on selling our boat and the never ending list of things we all must attend to.
However, every day we speak of how much we enjoyed our time in the Cotswolds, how much we saw with you as our wonderfully knowledgeable driver/guide with the most comfortable car, and what a perfect introduction it was to our total vacation. You, Annie, Seymour House made our trip absolutely wonderful. Thank you.
We are glad to be home, but we are here with a knowledge of "new to us" places and wonderful memories of some most interesting people we met along the way.
Thank you so much for the very large part you played in all of this.
Sincerely, Norma and Norm from Canada

Dear Tim-
Thank you so much for the great day out in the Cotswolds. You did such a fine job in planning out the trip and including sites that were of interest to us. In spite of the nasty weather, Roger and I had such a delightful time, saw many fascinating and lovely sites, and learned so much! Your day tour certainly is one of the best ones we have experienced in all our travels throughout Europe, and, as I said several times, we would most heartily and unconditionally recommend you and your services to anyone who asks. . The book, Cotswold born 'n Bred, you gave us is on my endtable, as it is next in the queue to be read. And I am taking my sheep poster to be drymounted, and then I'll hang it upstairs in my sewing room. By the way, when I met my daughter in London the next day, we were in the Liberty of London store, and they had some of that yarn I was telling you about, made from the ancient sheep breeds, that I purchased and took home.
Our trip back to London was an easy one: we got on the train, and then just stayed there until we disembarked at Paddington.
Our day trip with you has only whetted our appetite to return to the Cotswolds again, perhaps in the spring or fall, when the weather should be nicer.
Stay well, and thank you again for such a wonderful day.
Best regards,
Jane and Roger H. USA

Hi, my friends and I just returned from the Cotswolds, are in our fifties and traveled without a car. The three of us rented a cottage in Moreton and when we return next year, will be renting a cottage in Chipping Campden. The cottages are wonderful and affordable. The train will get you to Moreton, taxis will take you the rest of the way to your cottage.
We kept our expenses down so we could enjoy an extravagance in the Cotswolds and hire a private driver guide. BEST idea we ever had. We used Tim Harrison, www.tourthecotswolds.co.uk and he was great! We loved it so much we blew our budget and hired him for 4 days. With Cotwold's roots dating back to the 14th century, he knows every village, manor, farm, stable and backroad.
Even if you can only afford one day, do it. It will be an amazing day! You will see the Cotswolds with a charming, entertaining companion in a luxury car and learn and see more in a day than you ever would by yourself in a week.
You can expect to see things and hear stories other visitors will never know. (AND he knows the best restaurants!)
Highly recommend him, guaranteed great day, best way to get introduced to the area.
Dear Tim
Many thanks for a magical and memorable day in the Cotswolds.
Your tour was personable, pleasurable and exceeded all of my expectations. I so appreciate the time and careful thought you put into making the journey through the delightful storybook land of the Cotswolds both interesting and meaningful for me. I truly appreciated all of the fine touches … from the beautiful itinerary the comfort of your luxury car. With heated seats, no less! And I thank you for the thoughtful souvenir book.
After sharing the details of my adventures with him, my husband is now equally eager to return with me to really dive in and explore the gardens and all the region has to offer. We’ll definitely reach out to you, I can’t imagine a finer guide.
Wishing you and your beautiful family a lovely and very Merry Christmas.
My best Judy Proffer (December '08)
Hi Tim,
We would like to express our great appeciation for such a profoundly memorable tour of the Cotswolds, a journey we still talk about and remember with great joy. Since it was our first time to visit the amazing Cotswolds, we really needed someone who knows the area very well, and how lucky we were when we found you. When we visit the Cotswolds again, we know that in order to experience its magic, we need Tim by our side! It's incredibly facinating how rich in knowledge you are about this gorgeous area and its history. So, thanks again for a great time and for showing us how the Cotswolds area is truly the jewel of England.
